By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from TC Auto Detailz LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these TC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
TC Auto Detailz LLC provides mobile automotive detailing services in Melbourne, FL and surrounding areas of Brevard County. Services are performed at the customer's location or a mutually agreed-upon location.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our discretion, including but not limited to vehicles with pre-existing damage, biohazardous materials, or conditions that pose a safety risk.
All appointments are confirmed via phone or text. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us directly.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, and services selected. Final pricing may vary from estimates if the vehicle's condition requires additional time or materials.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and other payment methods as indicated at time of booking.
TC Auto Detailz LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage to a vehicle including but not limited to: scratches, swirl marks, paint chips, stains, odors, rust, mechanical issues, or damage already present before services began.
Customers are encouraged to inspect and note any pre-existing conditions before services begin. By allowing services to commence, the customer acknowledges and accepts this limitation.
TC Auto Detailz LLC exercises professional care in all services. However, our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Certain materials including aftermarket wraps, specialty coatings, and modified finishes may respond unexpectedly to standard detailing products. Customers with such materials should disclose them prior to service.

TC Auto Detailz LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle during service.
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns at no additional charge.
Concerns raised after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for remedy at no charge, as we cannot determine whether conditions arose after our service was completed.
TC Auto Detailz LLC may photograph vehicles before and after service for quality control and portfolio purposes. Vehicle photos used in marketing will not include personally identifiable information such as license plates. If you do not wish your vehicle photographed, please notify us before service begins.
These TC are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided by TC Auto Detailz LLC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
TC Auto Detailz LLC reserves the right to update these TC at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
